Well, if you want advanced critique:
I like the poses. Especially Naruto and Konohamaru. Sakura's hand is kinda awkward, but I have no clue how it could be corrected.
Is the shading on their skin finished? I think you could blend it some more and add more shades. Or if you want a cel shading-ish look, use less shades and don't blend!
Your lines look great, but sorta too plain. Have you ever heard of line weights?

I'm not sure what I want lol... But I don't think I want cellshading... I'm thinking of using your technique to help the shades blend better and have my way with the smudge tool afterwards. But I don't feel like redoing this one :B I got bored with it.
I'll do another digital sometime... maybe...

naru is santa, kono is a santa elf thing, kakashi is Rudolph, sakura is a christmas babe and sasu is her very own present (on a leash for safety matters)
Oh, then use darker shades! And lighter ones too. You may use even black and white at a very low opacity. It's too plain that way. I can tell you spent most of the time with Naru and Kono, though.
Okay, then you must know how I feel about finishing that drawing I used in the tutorial. I got bored with it.
